FurniTex Istanbul is a specialized Suppliers' Show for the Seating and Upholstery Industry, covering the extended region around Turkey, an area covering the Black and Caspian Sea, the Near & Middle East, reaching from Turkey to Iran, from the Gulf States to Kazakhstan. Istanbul with its 17 million inhabitants is the ideal interface between the orient and occident, and FurniTex in Istanbul, staged at the renowned Istanbul Expo Center, CNR Expo, offers an excellent platform for new business.

FurniTex is the Turkish edition of the “FurniFab – Furniture Fabric Show” which was established in 2003 in Poznań/Poland. Within only a few years, FurniFab has become a high ranking platform for the markets in Poland and the rest of Central and Eastern Europe. Both FurniFab and FurniTex are organized by the German trade show promoters SURVEY Marketing + Consulting, the inventors of the worldwide famous ZOW supply shows for the furniture and interior design industries.

Product Range greatly expanded
In the spring of 2008, the Polish Furnifab – Furniture Fabric Show – enjoyed a healthy increase in exhibitor and visitor numbers and space sold. Since it started in 2003, this industry gathering has become a central B2B exhibition for the seating and upholstered furniture industry in Poland, eastern and central Europe. The next chapter in the Furnifab success story will unfold between 3 and 5 March 2009. Visitors to the international exhibition centre in Poznań can expect a whole host of new product groups and a comprehensive overview unmatched by any similar event in the region.
