Trend & Design: ZOW in Spain 2010
New Date in Madrid in September

The pack is being reshuffled in the furniture supply industry in Spain: The ZOW in Spain is aimed to give new impetus to the Spanish furniture industry. After the compulsory break in 2009, which was an inevitable step owing to the economic environment in Spain, the ZOW will now start again under the motto „Trend & Design“, and it will surely make an active effort to put the Spanish furniture market back on the map. The focus on “Trend & Design” has already served as a start-up for the ZOW events in Russia and China in the past, so it almost suggested itself to choose the same subtitle for the upcoming relaunch in Spain.

According to schedule, the ZOW Trend & Design 2010 will be staged in Madrid from 28 to 30 September 2010, coinciding with the kitchen furniture show. Approx. 30 to 40 exhibitors are expected to participate in the ZOW relaunch, covering a limited exhibition space of 1,800 m² at the fairground Palacio Municipal de Congresos de Madrid – a modern congress centre adjacent to the Ifema fairgrounds. In addition to the traditional ZOW topics such as surfaces or decorative and functional fittings, one of the main issues of the show will be the sustainability concept in modern furniture production.

In Madrid, Trend & Design will also stand for a whole new concept which enables the exhibitors to personally shape their outlook into the future of furniture products with their own creative booths and individual offers. The complete ZOW concept, such as the suspended ceiling, will be modified in the Palacio Municipal de Congresos and adapted to the special environment of the event. Fair organizer Survey Marketing + Consulting SL is also offering attractive pricing to all exhibitors in order to make the re-entry into the Spanish market action as easy as possible for them.
