Schwabedissen: The builder of special machines
Schwabedissen is the builder of special machines for your standards and special requirements. Used for dividing, profiling and CNC-processing production quantities of 1 to 1,000,000.
Our Panel Dividing Sawing Systems are designed for the efficient dividing of every panel type.
Based on our long experience, our machines are planned for a 24h per day operation.
The dividing systems are available as Trimming- and Pre-Dividing-lines for single panels and Book-Panel-Saws for processing stacks of masterboards. Our Double end Tenoners are used for the length- and cross-processing as well as for the profiling of the panel edges. The robust and heavy construction of the Schwabedissen-Double End Tenoner give it the best qualification for continuous 24/7operation.
Schwabedissen-CNC-Processing centers are special custom designed, planned and constructed for the customer application. Perfect, fast and complete processing is possible with special, material-specific work table superstructures and clamp-technologies. Our machines are used for the processing of composite wood material, plastic, light metals and numerous others. Our integrated Feeding and Stacking Systems complete our program for an all-in-one solution, which will meet your special requirements.
