The foundation-section “Work and Professional Rehabilitation proWerk” is part of the “v. Bodelschwinghschen Stiftungen Bethel”. The company provides people with various disabilities a wide range of job opportunities. The main objective is the reintegration into working life. Currently, about 2.500 people work at more than 25 different locations in Bielefeld and the surrounding area. Nearly 650 professionals are working in care, guidance and administration. proWerk making it one of the largest providers of workshops, and alternative job opportunities in Germany and one of the largest providers of outsourced jobs in the region.

Special offers in the Assembly & Packaging
The section of assembly and packaging is one of the priorities of the company. Due to the technical capabilities, experience and high production skills, the individual departments can fulfill different orders. This includes the installation of electrical parts, cushions joints, door and cabinet hardware, testing, sorting, repacking and labeling as well as picking and packing work. Clients are leading companies in the furniture industry, the automotive industry, household appliances and food products.
